This policy explains what Sneaker Studios collects when you use sneakerstudios.co, why, and the choices you have. We keep it plain on purpose.

What we collect

Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and the items you buy. Payment card details go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.
Account and marketing information: your email, phone number, shoe sizes and preferences when you create an account, join our email list, or sign up for size alerts.
Device information: browser, device type, IP address, pages viewed and how you got to our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

To fill and ship your order, send order updates and answer your questions.
To remember your size so the store shows you pairs you can buy.
To send marketing emails and texts you asked for, including new pairs in your size and cart reminders. You can stop these any time.
To prevent fraud and keep the site working.
To understand what shoppers like so we buy better inventory.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the store: Shopify (our store platform and checkout), our payment processors, shipping carriers, and Klaviyo (our email and text messaging service). Each is allowed to use your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Texts and emails

You will only get marketing texts if you gave us your number and agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations and shipping updates are sent regardless because they are part of your purchase.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the cart, to keep you logged in, to remember your size, to measure how the site is used, and, where you allow it, for advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies will stop parts of the store from working.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop selling or sharing it for targeted advertising, by emailing david@blndrusa.com or using Your Privacy Choices. We honor requests under state privacy laws such as the CCPA and CPRA and do not treat you differently for making one.

Children

Our site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Keeping your information

We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above.
