Next business day shipping, guaranteed

A carrier picks up from us every business day. Every order placed today ships tomorrow, no matter what time you order. You get a tracking number by email and text (if you opted in) the moment the label is created.

Delivery times

Most US orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship. Exact options and prices show at checkout before you pay.

Up to 3 pairs in one box

Buying more than one pair? We pack up to 3 pairs together in one box, so you pay one shipping charge. Orders of 4 or more pairs ship in more than one box and may arrive on different days.

Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Shipping outside the US is not available yet. Email us if you would like to be told when it is.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your confirmation email, or open Track your order. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans your package.

Address changes

Because we ship the very next day, address changes need to reach us the same day you order. Email david@blndrusa.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once a package is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered and you do not have your package, check with neighbors and your building first, then email us within 7 days. If a package arrives damaged, send us photos of the box and the shoes within 7 days and we will make it right with a replacement, when we still have the pair, or a full refund.
