Terms of Service

Welcome to Sneaker Studios. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of sneakerstudios.co and any related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

Sneaker Studios sells brand name footwear at low prices. Our inventory comes in small lots, so most pairs are the only one we have in that size. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

2. Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or quantity limits. If we cancel a paid order you receive a full refund.

3. Authenticity

Every pair we sell is 100% authentic. If you ever believe a pair is not, contact us and we will investigate and refund you in full if we are wrong.

4. Shipping

Orders ship the next business day. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. See our Shipping page for details.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn shoes in their original box, with free return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. See Returns and Exchanges for the full policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Product information

We work hard to describe and photograph every pair accurately. Colors can look different on different screens. If a pair arrives not as described, contact us and we will make it right.

7. Discount codes and promotions

Codes are single use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, have no cash value and may end at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse a code.

8. Text and email messages

If you sign up for texts or emails you agree to receive automated marketing messages from Sneaker Studios at the number or address you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to cancel, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login private and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away about any unauthorized use.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including our name, logos, copy, code and design, belongs to Sneaker Studios or its licensors. Brand names and logos of the shoes we sell belong to their respective owners, who are not affiliated with us. You may not copy or redistribute our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sneaker Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Sneaker Studios is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where the law allows, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page. Using the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
